Brad and the team at Harbour City Plumbing and Gasfitting are the best. They are only a phone call away, they guide you on the best remedial action, they are friendly, and the job is completed efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend them for personal and business repairs.

Really happy with the prompt efficient assistance from Harbour City Plumbing. It was great to have the blocked pipes sorted, and to have a friendly professional onsite who was happy to not only sort out but also explain the issues.

Highly impressed, I cannot recommend them enough. All their tradies are friendly, helpful, and professional. The job was completed to a really high standard of quality. I wanted to talk through some things with Brad, the owner, who was always responsive, communicative, and respectful. They were able to help me out on pretty short notice and engaged really well with my requests and requirements. The only complaint I could think of, is that they put other tradies to shame. Keep up the great work!

Can't recommend HCP highly enough! Great bunch of hardworking people, honest, trustworthy and they do what they say they're gonna do when they said they were going to do it. Nothing is ever an issue that can't be overcome, and their solution-focused ethos is something many could learn from. Five stars, would trade again for sure.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called in tears over a leak from upstairs into our bedroom, and they were able to send someone out the same day. He located the issue and fixed it straightaway, with a pleasant demeanour, honest explanation, and leaving the place tidier even than he found it. I would recommend Harbour City Plumbing & Gasfitting to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brad and his team were extremely efficient and highly professional. They completed the pipeline project (installing a sewer pipe) fast and to a high standard, passing the Council's inspection on the same day it was completed. Brad had a comprehensive understanding of the work, and his approach proved he could achieve maximum results with minimal investment. My communication with Brad and his team (especially foreman Famausili) was very smooth, and I would choose them again in the future. I highly recommend Brad and Harbour City Plumbing & Gasfitting Ltd.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Harbour City Plumbing were fantastic to deal with. Glen installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leak in the shower, and replaced a faulty plug in the bathroom sink - all done quickly and to a really high standard. His communication was excellent throughout, and he came prepared with a great range of options which meant he could do the work in one visit. Really impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism. Highly recommend!
