  • How is time charged?

    Our billable time begins when our tradesman begins their journey to your house or site, or starts when they begin their drive to collect any necessary parts to complete your job. If our tradesman is coming straight from our office, the billabnle time begins once they leave the office. If the work is performed out of hours, the billable time begins once they leave their house.

  • When does the hourly rate charge end?

    Our billable time ends as soon as our tradesman leave your house or site, and once they have completed any follow up paperwork. In some instances, our tradesman will be required to return parts or equipment to our workshop or wholesaler, in which case our billable time will end once they have completed this. If the work is performed out of hours, our billable time ends once our tradesman returns home.

  • How is the hourly rate charged?

    Our minimum charge for all jobs is one hour, which needs to take in to account the above points. If the job goes over an hour, we charge in 30 minute blocks. Our first hour charge includes our vehicle charges, and for every hour or part thereof after the first hour, you will be charged the standard hourly rate for the work that has been completed.
