We discovered wet carpet in a wardrobe that backed onto our main bathroom. Glen from Harbour City was so great to deal with. Excellent communication around his arrival time, checked all the basics in our bathroom before determining that the issue likely lay with the jets in the spa bath. This meant cutting a hole in the back wall of the wardrobe (as no access panel had been built in) and he found and fixed the issue immediately. He then diligently popped the gib back in and screwed it tidily. He also took away all rubbish and vacuumed the site to leave everything looking really tidy. The invoice was promptly sent and I appreciated that he'd taken photos along the way of the issue and the work he'd done - these were shared with us alongside the invoice. This is a slightly odd review, since I haven't worked with Harbor City Plumbing and Gasfitting myself. Instead, my neighbor brought them in to work on a job in Johnsonville. It was a narrow street right next to a dead end, so certainly not an easy place to bring in a bunch of trucks, but they got the work done with relatively little disruption. What sets them apart though (and motivated me to write this review) was that after finishing up, there was a small sandbag left behind - nothing major or anything, and easy enough to miss. After calling Brad, he immediately said he'd get that sorted ASAP, and was incredibly friendly.
